Nature of the platform
YUSUMA Pamoja provides vehicle discovery, inquiries, coordination and proposed purchasing pathways. Listings, quotations and service descriptions are informational unless a separate signed agreement specifies binding obligations. YUSUMA's legal operating entity and registration details must be confirmed before these terms are approved.
Independent partner dealers
Vehicles marked Partner Dealer Vehicle are offered by independent sellers, not necessarily owned by YUSUMA. Customers should independently inspect the vehicle with a qualified mechanic and verify ownership, chassis/VIN, liens, registration and transfer documents. YUSUMA may coordinate introductions and supervised viewings; any negotiated referral commission must be documented separately with the dealer. Nothing here excludes rights or responsibilities imposed by law.
Vehicle descriptions and availability
Photographs, specifications, prices, mileage, taxes, shipping estimates and availability may change or contain errors. Customers should request current written confirmation before paying or traveling. Illustrative photos must not be treated as proof of inventory.
Appointments and site visits
Office and yard visits are by confirmed appointment. A request is not a booking until accepted. Partner dealer yard visits additionally require dealer and YUSUMA staff confirmation. No walk-in access is promised.
Import and export services
Japan sourcing, auction assistance, inspection, shipping and customs processes may involve independent service providers and separate CARJU Japan arrangements. Duties, taxes, clearance, insurance, exchange rates, timelines, risks and responsibility allocation must be specified in an individual written quotation or agreement.
Vehicle purchase products
YUSUMA's three vehicle purchase products are Pamoja Cash, Pamoja Mpola Mpola and Pamoja Import. Pamoja Mpola Mpola remains a development-stage service, not currently an offer of regulated credit or an invitation to deposit money. Eligibility, prices, payment schedules, ownership transfer, cancellation, refunds, defaults and consumer protections require approved service-specific contracts and any necessary legal/regulatory authorization before launch.
Payments and contracts
Do not send money based solely on a website listing or draft contract. Only use verified official payment instructions supplied through an approved transaction process. A signed service-specific agreement governs the agreed transaction, subject to mandatory law.
Customer conduct and submissions
Provide accurate information, use the platform lawfully and do not submit someone else's identity documents without authorization. Do not attempt unauthorized access or interfere with platform security.
Complaints and disputes
Contact details and complaint escalation timelines must be confirmed. Applicable law, dispute forum and any mandatory consumer protection rights must be reviewed for Uganda and cross-border services before these terms are finalized.
Liability and changes
Service limitations and liability allocation must be proportionate, legally reviewed and cannot override mandatory consumer rights. Published changes should have a stated effective date; they should not silently rewrite an already signed agreement.
