Our business plan sets out a lean approach: develop a Kampala-based coordination presence, work with suitable vehicle-viewing partners, and test customer reach in Mbarara and Kasese before expanding further. These are development plans, not claims that branches or partner facilities are already operating.
Our initial focus is straightforward vehicle enquiries, sourcing and cash sales. Import support is being developed. Pamoja Save-to-Buy and My Mpola Mpola are proposed future services, subject to legal, financial and operational approval before any customer funds or credit arrangements are offered.
